HOW IT WORKS

 

  • First,  we set up a quick 20-minute chat so I can get a better idea of where you are at, and come up with the best options to serve you best.  Click here to set a time.

  • We cozy up for a virtual coffee date and you give me the download on your life: how you are doing, sleeping, eating, thinking and products you are using now. I want to really get to know you so I know EXACTLY how to support you best. 

  • We then decide the best fit to get you where you want to go, starting at minimum of 4 to 8- weeks, and beyond. 

  • And then, it's go time! Or what I like to affectionately call, going "Skinny Dipping." Identifying and stripping off layers of obstacles, habits and thoughts getting in the way of building your resilience. Spending time in the first few sessions to help you understand the skin-brain-gut connection on a practical level. 

  • We stay connected and on track with weekly calls. We catch up, dig deep and have some serious fun along the way while we strategize your upcoming week, dial in the areas of focus and make sure you are set up for success. This isn't about perfection, it's about progress and upgrading every aspect of your life.  

  • Got questions, need suggestions or a pick me up to boost your day, I got you, for reals.

  • In later weeks, we explore your relationship to your skin, how to improve it, and specific strategies to try to get you there. Stripping off the layers to uncover these things is KEY to having long term success, and without it, you will always be looking for a quick fix.

  • So, get ready to go "skinny dipping" with as much support, ideas & laugher as possible. Honestly, "getting naked" has NEVER felt so good and will launch you into a more liberating, vibrant, healthy and resilient life at the end of our time together.
